  4. Progress Percentage - Visual bar showing consumption (0-100%)
  5. Current Usage - Exact count of resources in use
  6. Total Limit - Maximum allowed by your plan
  7. Remaining Resources - How many resources are still available

Consider upgrading your plan when:

  • API Calls - Frequently hitting daily limits, causing service interruptions
  • Active Mailboxes - Unable to create new mailboxes when needed
  • Archive Slots - Running out of space for preserving important mailboxes
  • Custom Domains - Need more domains for branding or organization
  • Team Members - Need to add more collaborators

Usage statistics update in real-time as you:

  • Create or delete mailboxes
  • Make API calls
  • Archive or restore mailboxes
  • Add or remove custom domains
  • Invite or remove team members
  • API Calls - Reset daily at 00:00 UTC
  • Other Resources - Based on current active count (no reset period)

For Team plan users:

  • All quotas are shared across the entire team
  • Any team member’s actions count toward the team quota
  • Owner can monitor total team usage
  • Individual member usage is tracked separately for billing purposes
  • Regular Monitoring - Check usage page weekly to avoid hitting limits
  • Plan Ahead - Upgrade before hitting limits to ensure service continuity
  • Cleanup Unused Resources - Delete inactive mailboxes and domains
  • Optimize API Usage - Use webhooks instead of polling where possible
  • Archive Strategically - Only archive mailboxes you’ll need to restore
  • You’ve reached your plan limit for this resource
  • Delete unused resources or upgrade your plan
  • Refresh the page to see latest statistics
  • Changes may take a few seconds to reflect
  • Review your API integration for efficiency
  • Check for automated scripts creating excessive mailboxes
  • Verify team members are following best practices
